How renewal works
Renewing is a new one-time purchase that extends your existing expiry date — your details stay the same. There is no subscription to cancel, because nothing charges you again on its own.

Questions about pricing
Why is a longer plan cheaper per month?
Longer periods are discounted. A 12-month plan for one device works out at about €6.58 a month against €15 paid monthly — roughly 56% less.
What does the device count mean?
It is how many screens can stream at the same time. A 2-device plan lets two people watch different things at once; it does not limit how many devices you install the app on.
Can I upgrade mid-period?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will work out the difference for the time you have left.
Can I get a refund?
If you subscribe directly without taking a trial first, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, and 75% after that. If you took a free trial and then subscribed, the purchase is not refundable.
