TiviMate: setup, devices and what Premium costs you
TiviMate is a player app for Android TV and Firestick. It has the best television interface of any IPTV player, and it sells no channels — you add a subscription like ours. Setup takes about two minutes once the app is installed.
What is TiviMate?
An IPTV player built specifically for a television and a remote control, rather than a phone app stretched onto a big screen. Its channel list, programme guide and recording features are noticeably better designed than its rivals. It holds no content and has no channels to sell.
Do I need a subscription to use TiviMate?
Yes. TiviMate is empty until you add a provider's playlist. It accepts Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U URL, so any service offering either works — including ours.
Is TiviMate free?
The basic version is free and plays one playlist. TiviMate Premium is a paid upgrade from the developer that adds multiple playlists, recording, and a few interface options. That fee goes to TiviMate's developer, not to us, and it is separate from your subscription.
Supported devices
Android TV boxes, Android phones and tablets, and Amazon Firestick. TiviMate is Android-only: it will not run on a Samsung or LG television, or on iOS. If your TV is one of those, use HotPlayer or Ibo Player Pro instead.

Where to download it
On Android TV, install it from Google Play. On a Firestick it is not in the Amazon store, so use the Downloader app with the code below — that code and URL come from TiviMate's own developer.

Installing on Firestick with Downloader
The Firestick cannot install this from the Amazon store, so you use the free Downloader app. The code and URL below are the ones this app's own developer publishes — we do not invent codes, because a wrong one installs an unknown APK on your device.

How to set up TiviMate
Have the username, password and server URL we sent you to hand. Xtream Codes is the better choice here because it brings the programme guide with it.
Android TV box
- 1Install TiviMate from Google Play and open it.
- 2Choose Add playlist, then Xtream Codes.
- 3Enter any name, then the username, password and server URL we sent you.
- 4Select Next and wait while the channel list and guide load.
- 5Pick the channel groups you want visible, and finish.
Amazon Firestick
- 1Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.
- 2In Downloader, enter code 272483, or the URL tivimate.com/apk.
- 3Install the downloaded file, then open TiviMate.
- 4Choose Add playlist, then Xtream Codes, and enter your details.
- 5Wait for the guide to load, then choose your channel groups.
Using an M3U playlist instead
On the Add playlist screen choose M3U playlist and paste the URL we sent you. Xtream Codes is better where you have the choice, because an M3U list alone gives you channels without the full programme guide.
Troubleshooting
The programme guide is empty
Open playlist settings and check that an EPG source is selected. With Xtream Codes it is picked up automatically; with a plain M3U list you may need to add the guide URL separately. Ask us for it.
Downloader says the code is invalid
Downloader codes change when a developer republishes. Try the URL tivimate.com/apk instead, which does not expire. If neither works, message us.
It asks me to pay to add a second playlist
That is TiviMate Premium, the developer's own paid upgrade. The free version handles one playlist, which is all you need for a single subscription with us.
Frequently asked questions
Are you TiviMate, or affiliated with it?
No. We are an independent subscription service. TiviMate is made by another company, we have no connection to them, and their trademarks are theirs. We simply provide a subscription that works in their app.
Can I use TiviMate on my Samsung TV?
No. TiviMate is Android-only. On Samsung or LG televisions use HotPlayer or Ibo Player Pro, both of which we also support.
Will my subscription still work if I switch apps later?
Yes. The same username, password and server URL work in any player that supports Xtream Codes. You are never locked to one app.
